Straylight Increase of 980123

Description:
This documents an apparent increase in the stray light
level, somewhere between 16:35 and 23:15 23-Jan-98.
The plot shows the totals of the standard DPE=2 NaBan
images that happened to be on line. The increase is
about 5.1% or so. It is enough to put the "superlong"
Al.1 images, at DPE=27, into saturation at the peak of
the brightest pinhole.

This is all the time I have for documentation right now,
but I think that it's clear enough that we should reset
the stray-light management system.
