New normal pointing update

The SXT Chief Observer requests that OG#032 be rewritten and executed.

a) Please ask a person qualified to write OG's to enter the new contents,
as listed below. The authorized persons include H. Hudson, T. Kosugi, 
T. Sakao, M. Sawa, T. Watanabe, and others TBD

PLEASE USE THE WORKSTATION IDL PROGRAM TO PRINT THE OG:

IDL> print_ogsel

THIS ALSO ARCHIVES THE OG LISTING.

b) After this step, please upload OP+OG at the next OP upload time.

c) After this step, please add an ROG#032 (dec) at a convenient
place in the real-time command sheets.  If during orbit day, the KSC
tohbans can confirm the resulting motion, but this is not essential.
