Dear Tohbans

I would like to re-point Yohkoh tomorrow by about 20 arc sec by
executing a new NORML PNT command, ROG #032 (dec). Please upload
OP+OG and issue the ROG#32 at the time specified in the command 
sheets. Because the motion will be small, you may not be able to
confirm directly by watching the image move.

The details below are just my worksheet for doing the calculation for
the new OG contents.
