The NORML PNT command for Yohkoh needs to be updated because of normal
attitude drift. A new OG #32 has been created. At your earliest 
opportunity, please:

Upload OP+OG
Execute ROG #32 (decimal)

This should result in the Yohkoh pointing axis moving 37" N, 10"E.
