COMMENT:

The FFIs are standard, the terminator is Mg3/Open.  The PFIs are special
for JOP 113, with region-tracking (ARS2) pointing.  We return to the
standard FFI-dominant mode.  The target region is AR 8739 at heliographic
coordinates (as of 2:19 UT)  S11.4,W25.7.  SoHO/TRACE coords are (x,y) =
(410.5", -261.6")

CONTINGENCY PLANS:  

If the Pass 3 upload is not successful, then please try again at Pass 5
and notify the SXT_CO as soon as possible.
