COMMENT:

This is the standard ARS1 table, but with FFIs set up to observe two
of the three eclipse episodes in fixed DPE 19 Q-res FFIs. The H rate
FFI table starts with 17 minutes's worth of these exposures, and is
followed by standard FFIs (but without the "superlongs" for today).
There is no terminator image.
