COMMENT:

This is a special table to support TRACE/Norikura observations of the
NE limb.

PLAN:

This table is a deviation from the weekly plan. We would like to have
a second table upload on pass 4, table name to be

and the KSC tobans should transfer it via SXTSPT. I will fax the instructions
with the next table information.
