COMMENT:

This is a fixed pointing (ARS0) table in support of the Whole Sun Fortnight 
campaign.  QT ARS is disabled. The target will again be the active 
region complex AR8299/AR8297 at N24W03 [CCD coords 177,116], reference time 
17:00 UT.  PFIs will be 3x3 to cover whole complex in two filters (Al.1, AlMg).
Morning patrol has been disabled.  


PLAN:

The next table will be on Friday at pass 3.  This will be a standard ARS1
table with ID,  980813 P3 ARS1 STD.  This will not be transferred to KSC
but should be done manually by the KSC tohbans after previous table has
been uploaded.
