This is a standard table, plus a few superlong FFIs.  PFIs are pointed
at active region 8253 to support TRACE observations.  PFI's to be
centered on heliographic N 18.6 W 37.1 epoch 1-JUL-98 14:46. Terminator
is Al.1.

PLAN:

The next upload is planned for Pass 3. This will be the weekly darkcal
table. The KSC tohbans should do the transfer via SXTSPT.
