COMMENT:
This is a standard table, with occasional PFIs pointed at AR 8218 to 
support JOP 059.  Starting at heliographic S22.2, W16.2.
Terminator is Open/AlMg.

Note that the table ID is confusing.  The date is given by the UT date
of the FIRST pass of the day, even if the UT date does not match
the JST date of the table upload.

PLAN:

The next table upload will be Pass 3 Friday morning.  It will be a 
standard table, plus diffusers.
