COMMENT:
This is a standard table, including diffusers. Some PFIs are pointed at
AR 8217 to support JOP059. Beginning at heliographic S29.8, E04.8
Terminator is Open/Al.1 filter combination.

Note that the table ID is confusing.  The date is given by the UT date
of the FIRST pass of the day, even if the UT date does not match
the JST date of the table upload.
