COMMENT:

This is a special table, with fixed exposures in PFIs and occasional
dark PFIs.  Diffuser filters have been included in the FFI table.
The observing region is centered on heliographic S26.6, W36.2 to
watch active region NOAA 8216 in support of JOP 059. 
Terminator is Open/Al.1 filter combination. 

Note that the table ID is confusing.  The date is given by the UT date
of the FIRST pass of the day, even if the UT date does not match
the JST date of the table upload.

PLAN:

There will be another upload at Pass 2.  It will be a standard table,   
plus diffusers and a few PFIs for SOHO JOP 059.  KSC Tohbans, please
transfer the second table to KSC, after Pass 1 is complete.  We plan
to do two table uploads on Sunday also.
