COMMENT:

This is a standard table, with 2x2 observing regions, and
the terminator is Open/Al.1 filter combination.

Note that the table ID is confusing.  The date is given by the UT date
of the FIRST pass of the day, even if the UT date does not match
the JST date of the table upload.

PLAN:

We plan to make TWO upload tables for Tuesday, 5-may-98.
The first will be support for JOP 082, at Pass 1.  The second will
be at Pass 4, and will be a standard dark calibration table.
The Chief Observer will transfer the first table to KSC, and we will
ask the KSC Tohbans to transfer the second table to KSC, Tuesday morning.
