COMMENT:

This is a standard table, with 2x2 observing regions, and
the terminator is Open/Al12 filter combination.

Note that the table ID is confusing.  The date is given by the UT date
of the FIRST pass of the day, even if the UT date does not match
the JST date of the table upload.

PLAN:

The next upload table will be Monday morning, 04-may-98, for Pass 4.
It will be a standard table, the pass ID will probably be
980503 P4 ARS1 STD.  This may change, however.
