COMMENT:

This is a standard ARS 1 table for invisible orbits.  The PFIs
are still in 3x3 mosaic in case a large-scale phenomenon occurs.
The teminator filter is Op/Al.1.


PLAN:

The next table will be at pass 2 on Friday (17-Apr-98 02:14 UT).  The 
ID is TBD.
