COMMENT:

This is the weekly diffuser table.  ARS1 with 2x2 OR.  In the PFI sequence, 
thick Al. filter is back.  The terminator is taken in Al.1/op. 

PLAN:

The next table is planned for Wednesday night (pass 2).  It has to be a dark 
cal table, since the previous table "980202 P4 DARKCAL" has turned out to be 
a standard table.  The ID depends on what we will do in the PFI sequence, 
which is still TBD.
