Weber Date: 11 December 1996, 16:20 JST Subj: First SXT Table upload for Thursday. THIS TABLE HAS BEEN SENT TO KSC. TABLE ID: Pass 1: 12-Dec-96 04:23 JST (11-Dec-96 19:23 UT) Table ID: 961211 P1 ARS0 JOP 057 PURPOSE: To run an observing table for JOP 057. The goal is to see "jetlets" at the solar north pole, so the Quiet/High PFI table takes a series of AlMg frames at an exposure time of ~30 sec. Every tenth frame is a dark frame for calibration purposes. Automatic Region Selection (tm) is turned off so that fixed pointing can be achieved for the PFIs (i.e. ARS0). Long exposures have been removed from the FFI and PFI tables due to the growing number of active regions visible, and due to the rising GOES levels. The PFI target for Qt/Medium rate is the active region currently transitting the east limb at 6 deg N. This table is scheduled to run for the following period: [11-Dec-96 1923 UT] [12-Dec-96 0030 UT] The terminator filter is AlMg. OUTPUT FILES: Compare -- SR0001D Command -- SR0001E PLAN: The next table upload is scheduled for Pass 4 on Thursday. ----------------------------------------------- For home phone calls: Mark Weber (0427.69.4498) or Serge Savy (0427.69.4591).
