PURPOSE:

The XBP campaign continues.  As usual we use fixed pointing.  The
coordinate is N15 E04 (reference time 21-Sep-95 15:25 UT).

PLAN:

A second table will be uploaded at pass 5.  Because I may not be able to
come in in time, I would like KSC tobans to generate commands and send 
them to KSC.  The table is stored as upload table #1.


OUTPUTS FROM SXTSPT:

These files will be deleted in a few days if the upload is OK.
