Dear FlareGenesis Telescope Here is what I see in today's (Dec. 16 UT epoch 22:29 UT) SXT observations: TARGET 1 (flare): The SXT PFIs favor the same region, now (S13E32) which indeed made a C3.4 flare at 02:41 (17-Dec). However the NE limb region made a C7 event and CME at 0024 and looks like it may arrive just in time. TARGET 2 (sigmoid): No good choice. COMMENTS: BBSO only holds out hope for NOAA 8798/99, but mentions NOAA 8800, (N09E37) as something new. Yohkoh is not observing now, probably because of an SEU. Hope we resume on pass 5 today, 06:31 UT 17-Dec. The Yohkoh holiday schedule has us taking a day off on Sunday, prior to which our last upload time would be 18-Dec 01:36 UT. Hugh
