Dear FlareGenesis Telescope

Here is what I see in today's (Dec. 16 UT) SXT observations:

TARGET 1 (flare): The SXT PFIs favor (S09E45) epoch 16-dec 04:39 UT.
There is some interest in the NE but it is not over the limb yet.

TARGET 2 (sigmoid): AR 8794, (S12W20) epoch 16-dec 04:39 UT.
Pretty feeble-looking,however.

COMMENTS: BBSO only holds out hope for NOAA 8798/99, S14E51 and S09E51.
The GOES flux is high (>C 1) and fluctuating, but no flares
(C2.5, 03:14 16-Dec, AR 8798 @ S15E48 is the best we can offer).

The Yohkoh holiday schedule has us taking a day off on Sunday,
prior to which our last upload time would be 18-Dec 01:36 UT.
