Mission Description
- 4 sun-synchronous satellites, 600 km circular
- Limited remote sensing and in-situ observations
- Satellite-to-GPS satellite TEC measurements
Measurement Strategy
- Remote sensing of winds, 70-300 km
- Wind measurements on both sides of satellite, separated by 3 hours local time
- In-situ measurements of E-fields
- Imaging of small-scale structure and waves
