Potential Items of Interest for LASCO Science Planning

Lasco and EIT telemetry allocations are below.  The differences
between Telemetry Submodes 5 and 6 which are the normal, puts
the C3 observations from lossless compression in Submode 6 to 
h-compression (5x).  The synoptic cadence are all full field
[1024x1024 pixel]

During 34meter keyhole periods the telemetry submode is 5.  All
other times the defualt is Submode 6.
