SOHO telemetry keyhole #29. What is a Keyhole? Click here for more descriptive information. SOHO will be in the keyhole period April 21 - May 3, 2010. During this time, data that is recorded on-board SOHO during the gaps in contact is delayed until it is dumped and transmitted on a high-rate station. This will be noted below as "temp data gap" periods. The delay can sometimes be a week long. So please bear with us. For a DSN pass schedule Click here.
03:36 UT NE@78° Small symmetric loop froint, dissipates quickly 07:00 UT NE@79° Bright symmetric loop with small core followed by impulsive burst. Dissipates quickly 10:36 - 16:25 UT data gap. 16:48 UT SSW@257° Faint spray with outflow in streamer line.
14:48 - 22:36 LASCO LEB idle. SOHO maneuvers and roll to 180 degrees.
00:48 UT East@90° Loop with twisting flux, expands, dissiptes quickly. 07:12 UT East@90° Faint loop with southward shift, interior multiloop. 13:12 UT East@90° Slow loop with shift, convex up.
19:30 UT SSW@246° Helmut front, clockwise rotation loop develops. Large bright loop with cavity and defined core. Breaks free by 5/3 07:30 UT. May 3 03:30 UT Image
