Points Of Interest
- LASCO begins on 03/13 the Joint Polar Study with Hinode/UVCS/STEREO/TRACE/
/SOLIS between 03/13 - 03/20 2007.
This will be in C2 over the South Pole with subfields 18x13 LOCS block
FOV at 100 sec exp. These subfields are attached to the EIT 195 2x2 binned
images to give the south pole program aprox 12 minute cadence.
2007/03/15 (Thursday)
EN East Slow development of a faint system of loops that
started to be discernible around past midday on
previous day (difficult to give an exact time of
first appearance).
14:26 UT W Limb Wide and bright ragged loop front, top of an
apparently twisted (rather circlar) structure.
Very faint and diffuse extensions in C2 to S,
well past the S Pole thru the E Limb. WIDTH of
the main structure in C3 at 21:42 UT: ~30 deg.
19:50 UT W Limb Ragged front in the trail of previous event.
