Points Of Interest

EIT resumed 195 CME watch (after CCD bakeout) on 2004/10/04 @ ~00:00 UT 
(Monday).

Mercury entered the C2 FOV (from the right) on 2004/10/03 (Sunday)  
at ~ 17:12 UT.

The two planets: i) Mercury (moving from right to left), and ii) Mars 
(moving from left to right) are visible in the C3 FOV (upper right quadrant, close to the equatorial plane).

SOHO entered the Telemetry keyhole on 2004/09/11. It will last until
2004/10/06.


2004/10/04 (Monday)

13:54 UT  E Limb	Bright loop front developing slightly toward ESE.
			Trailing material. It fades throughout C3. A bright 
			an elongated structure develops in parallel slightly
			toward ENE, also fading throughout C3. Some small and
			very faint blob-like fronts prior to the event.

18:06 UT  N East	Extremely faint elongated loop front. It fades in C2.

2004/10/05 (Tuesday)

	00:00 - 06:30 UT 	Temporary DSN Data Gap.
