Points Of Interest

Mercury is now visible in C3 images moving L to R

2003/05/02

06:50 UT S East	Wide fan-like front, fairly fast

08:26 UT S West	Ragged loop front along streamer with slight
cavity and some trailing material, another
similar event at 12:26, narrower fainter event
			at 22:26

23:06 UT N East	Wide bright loop front with cavity and large
core, follows slow loops and loop fronts
along wide bright streamer that has been
swelling and brightening for several hours,
leading to partial blowout. Fainter extensions
over to NW streamer which is deflected

2003/05/03

08:06 UT S East	Faint narrow jet

09:06 UT S West	Ragged front along streamer, some outflow

09:26 UT S East	Narrow jet to S of 08:06 event

20:50 UT N East	Narrow ragged infalling front

2003/05/04

02:50 UT S East	Very faint spray

11:26 UT N West	Faint front and slight cavity show slight
			non-radial motion

19:27 UT S West	Faster brighter fronts follow extremely
slow loops and loop fronts that have been
rising along a wide bright streamer for
			several hours. Partial blowout follows

19:58 UT W Limb	Faint fan-like front

2003/05/05

03:50 UT S West	Further wider but very slow loops and loop
fronts follow earlier material along streamer.
Much trailing material leading to streamer
			blowout. Prolonged, slow event
