Points Of Interest

Planet Mercury is now transiting the C3 field of view,
moving R to L

The bright object to the S in C3 images is 
Alpha-Scorpio (Antares)


2002/11/26

08:40 UT  N West	Initially bright asymmetric front with
			slight cavity. Brightest fastest feature 
			along streamer which has been swelling
			brightening and rising extremely slowly
			for ~24 hrs. Another at 12:54
			
15:30 UT  N West	Fairly slow wide bright loop front with
			thin cavity and bright complex, a little
			to S of previous events but along brightest
			part of streamer and clearly linked to them.
			Much prolonged outflow, large part of 
			streamer removed. Bright streamer to N
			disrupted

10:06 UT  W Limb	Ragged loop front along remnants of 
			streamer, some gusty outflow

	12:06 - 15:30 UT	Temporary DSN data gap
