Venus is in C3's field of view moving right to left. (large object on right)
The Milky Way Galaxy is now leaving C3's field of view - the cluster to the
bottom right.

19:31 UT HALO Wide bright loop front over W limb is full
halo CME by 20:30. No realistic counterpart
in EIT or GOES so determined BACKSIDED
2002/01/02
03:54 UT W Limb Brightest of several large blobs/narrow fronts.
Possibly part of residual outflow from halo
10:34 UT N West Slow loops along streamer
14:30 UT N West Brighter, faster fronts following earlier loops.
Some trailing material
21:54 UT N West Narrow ragged front
2002/01/03
No significant coronal activity to time of writing
