Points Of Interest

Kreutz comet SOHO-342. disc. R Gorelli, 2001/7/23 in archived C3 data 
from 1996/1/14 high-cadence (~3 min.) subfield (30x15 Rs) data set.
Last observed 06:10 UT at 8.5 Rs, PA 120.


2001/07/23

	00:54 - 10:27 UT	Data gap due to instrument problem

10:27 UT  N West	Fast bright 3-part CME with very clear cavity
			and bright core, already in progress

14:30 UT  S East	Sequence of faint wide loops 

20:30 UT  W Limb	Bright blob/narrow ragged front, possibly part of
			prolonged gusty outflow from <10:27 event. Further
			similar events follow

21:54 UT  E Limb	Narrow loop front fades in C2
