Final analysis is reported on the Lasco CME list.


Points Of Interest

Kreutz comet SOHO-341 (disc. S. Hoenig) last observed 2001/07/16
at 17:06 UT, at 7 Rs and PA 243.

Also, two other comets reprted recently, one disc M. Oates 2001/06/27
and the other disc. X. Leprette 2001/07/05. All three visible in C2 data.

2001/07/16

01:31 UT  S Pole	Very faint sequence of loop fronts form borderline
			partial halo ~120 deg. Most probably backsided.

02:54 UT  N East	System of slow-rising loops/filament material seen 
			by EIT. Continues for several hours

04:30 UT  S West	Narrow bright jet widens to fainter fan in C2.
			Another similar event at 07:54

11:54 UT  N East	Bright ragged front may be distinct from earlier
			filament eruption

15:54 UT  Partial	Multiple-loop front system over N Pole eventually
	  Halo		spans ~150 deg. EIT eruptive filament NW of AR9538.
			Numerous loops/fronts/gusty outflow well into next day

16:30 UT  S Pole	Fairly wide fan

2001/07/17

	03:06 - 07:31 UT	Temporary data gap

07:31 UT  S West	Narrow faint ragged front along streamer,
			brightest towards S, already in progress

09:30 UT  N East	Fairly bright spray
