Points Of Interest

Kreutz Sungrazing Comet discovered by S.Hoenig.  A bright comet
with visible tail through C3 and C2 fields of view.
2001/04/07 12:57 UT till 2001/04/08 20:06 UT.

This is SOHOs 303rd comet discovery!

2001/04/09

00:30 UT  S East	Very large bright loop front with core.
			At 02:30 UT  a second event which follows
			develops material from PA 10-200 degrees.
	01:31:47 UT C2 Running Difference Image.
	02:54:01 UT C2 Running Difference Image.

15:54 UT  HALO		Full HALO CME event. Protons seen in white light images.
			Results of the M7.9 X-ray flare of AR 9415, near
			disk center.
	16:30:01 UT C2 Running Difference Image.

19:31 UT  SS West	Ragged front with interior large loop.
			Very slow moving event with multilooping
			and twisting structures.
