Points Of Interest

The comet C/2000 W1 (Utsunomiya-Jones) entered the LASCO C3
field-of-view on Dec 28, 2000.  It is visible in the northeast corner of
the images (upper-left), with a tail pointing approximately radially away
from the Sun.

06:30 UT  N West	CME in progress. Rough LE, sizeable. Continued
			outflows.

12:30 UT  HALO		Full HALO CME. This event determined a BACKSIDE CME.
