LASCO Activity Report for
June 26, 2000 SOHO Science Daily Meeting

Planner: S. Plunkett, K. Schenk

Event times are first frame seen in C2 camera unless otherwise noted.

Point of Interest

Planet Venus in C3 field from West side, as of 5/17.

2000/06/23
00:54 UT N West Fast CME. Wide bright front with twisted interior
                        structures, continued outflow.

03:54 UT N West Event starts with rising loops over limb. Event
moves slowly, at 04:54 UT a front emerges
with wide bright ragged LE. Possibly a separate
event comes behind with large loop LE and develops
into a large CME. Continued outflow.
C2 07:31:57 UT Running Difference Image.

08:54 UT NN East Faint front, material over North Pole.

14:54 UT N West	Large loop front CME. Twisted interior
structures with continued outflows. This is
considered a partial FRONTSIDED HALO event in
			the corona.
C2 15:30:05 UT Running Difference Image.

15:54 UT S West	Faint loop front behind previous event.

17:54 UT N West	Rough jet-like CME, small.

23:06 UT N West	Ragged frontevent, very fast.
2000/06/24
00:30 UT S Pole	Faint HALO event. LE flows across S Pole.

14:54 UT S West	Loop front CME with continued outflow.

19:31 UT East Limb	Faint front, material.

2000/06/25

01:31 UT N West	Bright blob front, later develops into large event.

07:54 UT West Limb	Partial HALO event in Corona. Twisted structures
			180 - 360 degrees wide. BACKSIDED event.
C2 08:30:05 UT Running Difference Image.

09:54 UT NN West	Rough jet-like CME, small.

11:30 UT West Limb	Narrow defined jet.

12:54 UT N East	Rough LE with multiple interior looping.
C2 16:06:06 UT Running Difference Image.

13:54 UT SS West	Rought LE event with twisted structures, and
			continued outflows.

23:30 UT SS East	Faint front, small.

2000/06/26

01:31 UT N West	Bright, blob front with twisted interior structures.

02:00 UT N Pole	Wide loop front partial HALO CME. LE over pole
with rough front and interior structures.
Multiple events show full HALO in Corona.
			Continued outflow.
C2 02:54:05 UT Running Difference Image.

10:06 UT S East	Faint front, material.

12:06 UT N Pole	Faint front, small.

20:30 UT SS West	Shifting jet-like event. Possible filament related.

23:06 UT NN East	Rough LE, difuse front.
