Asymmetric HALO CME — FRONTSIDE
pa1:  256      pa2:  225       Total Width:  360 degrees

Velocity Measurements:

C2	3 points	 0540.7 km/sec @ PA 256
C3	10 points	 0507.0 km/sec @ PA 256  
Average through both fields: 	 0518.5 km/sec  Acceleration: -9.79 m/sec^2.   

COMMENT:   	AIA 193 shows a flare of AR 12699 at location [S09, W14] 
	 	00:15-01:30 UT.  The event produces an EUV wave and a dimming
		in the Southwest quadrant, followed by a post loop arcade.
			

	STEREO Beacon Data
	COR2 A, 01:24 - 04:39 UT; shows a CME over the Southwest quadrant.
	Preliminary time/height measure gives 0453.7 km/sec @ 249 degrees.
						
NOAA/GOES reports a C1.5 class X-ray flare of AR12699 00:15/01:35/03:21 UT.
