SOHO/LASCO Partial HALO CME February 11, 2016 

C2 Start Time:	20:48 UT

C3 Start Time:	21:54 - 04:22 UT dissipates ~24Rsun

Type of CME:
Partial HALO CME  FRONTSIDE
pa1: 169  pa2: 100  Total Width: 291 degrees

Velocity Measurements:

C2 5 points  791.3 km/sec @ PA 326
C3 7 points  656.6 km/sec @ PA 326 
Average through both fields: 668.6 km/sec Acceleration -13.17 m/sec^2.

COMMENT:    AIA 193 shows a long duration flare of AR12497 20:21-21:24 UT at
            location [N11, W07]. A wave is seen and dimming propagates East
            and West of the region followed by a bright loop arcade.

            AIA 304 shows eruptive cooler material West of AR12947 centered
            at location [N08, W21] beginning approximately 20:42 UT.

Velocity measurements were taken at PA 326 along the LE of the flare front.

NOAA/GOES reports a Long Duration C8.9 class X-ray flare of AR12497 20:18/21:03/21:28 UT.


Preliminary UCMEO velocity and position measurements will be delivered first.
