Subject: SOHO/LASCO HALO CME 140304 BACKSIDED UCMEO 93001 40305 1530/ 40304 61848 80042 3452/ 344// 123// 31109 ///// ///// ///// ///// ///// ///// 99999 PLAIN SOHO/LASCO observed an asymmetric HALO CME on March 04, 2014. Event is first seen in C2 beginning 18:48 UT with a loop over the North Pole. The event expands with extensions to a full HALO by 19:24 UT. The event continues into the C3 field beginning 19:16-00:42 UT leaving the C3 field at 30Rsun in the North. Time/height measurements were marked at 2 points in C2 with speeds of 1767.4 Km/sec at PA 345 degrees. The event is marked to 7 points in C3. Speeds average through both fields to 1108.6 Km/sec at PA 345 degrees. Acceleration -72.00 m/sec^2. SDO/AIA 193A shows a wave of material and dimming across the limb in the North polar region 18:36-19:33 UT. STEREO: BEACON data COR2 A, 13:54-24:55 UT data gap. EUVI A 195, 14:15-21:05 UT data gap. COR2 B, 17:25-22:55 UT data gap. EUVI B 195, 17:16-21:56 UT data gap. The observation of this event is considered 'FAIR'. This CME is determined BACKSIDED.
