UCMEO 93001 20220 2230/ 20219 62057 80406 2252/ 109// 113// 20579 ///// ///// ///// ///// ///// 5//// 99999 PLAIN SOHO/LASCO observed a partial HALO CME on February 19, 2012. Event is first seen in C2 at 20:57 UT with a loop expanding over the North pole with extensions spanning the north hemisphere from pa 225-109 degrees totaling 244 degrees in width. The event continues into the C3 field beginning 21:30-04:06 UT where the event dissipates in C3 at 26 Rsun in the NNE. Time/height measurements were marked at 5 points in C2 with speeds of 672.2 Km/sec at position angle 12 degrees. The event is marked to 9 points in C3. Speeds average through both fields to 579.3 Km/sec at PA 12 degrees. Acceleration of -8.84 m/sec^2. SDO AIA: 193A and 304A both show an eruption over the NW limb at 16:27-19:128 UT. There was also low scale activity from an AR in the NE of an un-numbered region located at [N18,E04] small flares at 19:48 and 20:18 UT. No apparent results with the CME seen in Lasco. STEREO: Beacon data COR2 A, 19:39-05:24 UT data gap. EUVI A 195, 16:25-18:55 UT Filament eruption on disk in North near central meridian. COR2 B, 18:55-23:40 UT data gap. EUVI B 195, 19:16-23:06 UT data gap. 18:26-19:16 where data gap began, a cme from a region near the North East limb. Only 3 frames showing activity. At this time there is no conclusive evidence proving direction from STEREO beacon data. The observation of this event is considered 'POOR'. This CME is determined a BACKSIDED event.
