SOHO/LASCO Partial HALO CME 111122 UCMEO 93001 11122 2115/ 11122 60624 81230 3411/ 193// 113// 30587 11122 60403 80512 10545 ///// 2212/ 99999 PLAIN SOHO/LASCO observed a partial HALO CME on November 22, 2011. Event is first seen in C2 at 06:24 UT as a loop front over the east with extensions. Material is marked at pa 341-193 degrees for a total width of 212 degrees wide over the east hemisphere. Event continues into the C3 field beginning 07:06 to 12:30 UT where it dissipates at 17.2 Rsun. Time/height measurements were marked at 5 points in C2 with speeds of 539.7 Km/sec at position angle 72 degrees. The event is marked to 8 points in C3. Speeds average through both fields to 586.8 Km/sec at PA 74 degrees. SDO/AIA 193 04:03 UT shows a small flare of a region adjacent to AR 11356 in the NE location [N15;E43]. A dimming and small wave/disturbance of material emits around the neighboring regions. AIA 304 02:39 UT shows filament material at [N45;E5] elevated and lifts by 04:45 -06:54 UT. Filament area near [N10;E0] brightens with post ribbon. STEREO: Beacon data COR2 B, 06:40 UT loop front with cavity over west. 06:55-10:25 data gap. EUVI B 195, 04:06-04:36 UT CME from AR near west limb with wave/material north. COR2 A, 06:54 UT burst over east hemisphere with cavity. Preliminary time/height measure gives 490.0 km/sec velocity at LE. The observation of this event is considered 'FAIR'. This CME is determined a FRONTSIDED event.
