SOHO/LASCO Partial HALO CME 111112 BACKSIDED UCMEO 93001 11114 1730/ 11112 61836 80242 3162/ 156// 323// 30649 11112 61757 81848 ///// ///// ///// 99999 PLAIN SOHO/LASCO observed an partial HALO CME on November 12, 2011. Event is first seen in C2 at 18:36 UT with a bright loop front over the NE at PA 70 degrees. Event expands with extensions PA 316-156 for a total width of 200 degrees. The event continues into the C3 field beginning 19:06 to 02:42 UT at 30 Rsun. Time/height measurements were marked at 5 points in C2 with speeds of 783.0 Km/sec at position angle 71 degrees. The event is marked to 11 points in C3 where it slightly slows. Speeds average through both fields to 648.7 Km/sec at PA 76 degrees, acceleration -20.19 m/sec^2. SDO/AIA 193 shows a CME in the NE over the limb at N23 17:57-18:48 UT. The event shows expansion over the east hemisphere and the north. STEREO: Beacon data COR2 A, 18:54-20:54 UT full halo, asymmetric to west. EUVI 195 A shows nothing. COR2 B, data gap 17:25-22:25 UT, after gap faint loops in progress near FOV edge in west. EUVI B 195, data gap 17:16-21:56 UT, after gap post brightening of AR above equatorial line near central meridian. This is most probably the cause of the HALO event seen in LASCO. The observation of this event is considered 'FAIR'. This CME is determined a BACKSIDE event.
