Subject: SOHO/LASCO HALO CME 110607b BACKSIDED UCMEO 93001 10610 1730/ 10607 61845 80047 3122/ 311// 113// 30909 10607 61823 81848 ///// 11224 4222/ 99999 PLAIN SOHO/LASCO observed a full symmetric HALO CME on June 07, 2011. Event is first seen in C2 at 18:45 UT as a faint loop surrounding the occulter at first frame. The event continues into the C3 field beginning 19:39 to 00:47 UT out to 22.3 Rsun where the event dissipates from view. Time/height measurements were marked to 4 points in C2 with speeds of 951.7 Km/sec at position angle 319 degrees. The event is marked to 7 points in C3 where it slightly decelerates. Speeds average through both fields to 909.6 Km/sec at PA 312 degrees. Acceleration -40.98 m/sec^s. STEREO COR2 A shows an expanding CME in the NW begining 19:09 UT as does COR2 B in it's NE field. EUVI A 195 shows AR (previously 11224?) on the limb in the NW with a CME at 18:23 UT. This is most probably the cause of the HALO event seen in LASCO. The observation of this event is considered 'FAIR'. This CME is determined a BACKSIDED event.
