| UCMEO 93001 60217 2145/ 60216 61348 81612 0401/ 040// 113// 20414 60216 61224 81306 21810 ///// 1112/ 99999 PLAIN SOHO/LASCO HALO CME February 16, 2026 C2 Start Time: 13:48 UT C3 Start Time: 15:04 – 17:54 UT Type of CME: Partial HALO CME — FRONTSIDE pa1: 40 pa2: 40 Total Width: 360 degrees Velocity Measurements: C2 3 points 404.6 km/sec @ PA 40 C3 4 points 452.7 km/sec @ PA 40 Average through both fields: 414.4 km/sec Acceleration: 24.53 m/sec^2. COMMENT: A partial HALO event can be seen in LASCO C2/C3 in the Southeast quadrant @ 13:48 UT. As reported by NOAA, the CME is associated with a C1.0 class filament eruption situated at [S18,E10]. In addition, SolarSoft details an eruptive C1.1 EUV CME. SDO/AIA 193 shows opening lines associated with the event starting @ 12:24 UT in the Southeast quadrant near the central meridian with dimming post-eruption arcades. STEREO BEACON Data COR2 A shows a faint CME in the Eastern hemisphere. Preliminary time/height measure shows 3 points - 706.9 km/sec @ 86.97 deg. Preliminary UCMEO velocity and position measurements are delivered first.
