| UCMEO 93001 60216 2030/ 60216 60424 80736 0752/ 075// 333// 41580 60216 60403 80435 20989 ///// 1122/ 99999 PLAIN SOHO/LASCO HALO CME February 16, 2026 C2 Start Time: 04:24 UT C3 Start Time: 04:54 – 07:54 UT Type of CME: Partial HALO CME — BACKSIDE pa1: 75 pa2: 75 Total Width: 360 degrees Velocity Measurements: C2 3 points 1649.4 km/sec @ PA 75 C3 4 points 1463.2 km/sec @ PA 75 Average through both fields: 1580.9 km/sec Acceleration: -75.14 m/sec^2. COMMENT: A partial, near full HALO event can be seen in LASCO C2/C3 in the Southeast quadrant @ 04:24 UT. As reported by NOAA, the CME is associated with a M2.4 class solar flare located at [S09,E89]. SolarSoft reports an eruptive M2.5 solar flare situated at the Southeast limb with a filament liftoff EUV. SDO/AIA 193 shows opening lines associated with the event starting @ 04:03 UT in the Southeast quadrant near the Eastern limb with post-eruption arcades. STEREO BEACON Data COR2 A shows a very faint full HALO CME from 04:38-07:23 UT. Preliminary time/height measure shows 3 points - 1249.5 km/sec @ 71.80 deg. Preliminary UCMEO velocity and position measurements are delivered first.
