COMMENT: A partial HALO event can be seen in LASCO C2/C3 in the Southeast quadrant @ 16:48. As reported by NOAA, the CME is associated with a C5.6 class solar flare in AR 14334 [S19,E03]. SolarSoft reports an eruptive C5.5 solar flare associated with a long duration event situated in the central meridian that merged with a 2nd NOAA named event C5.7. SDO/AIA 193 shows opening lines associated with the event starting @ 16:18 UT in the Southeast quadrant near the meridian along with dimming, post-eruption arcades and sigmoidal EUV waves. STEREO BEACON Data Due to data gaps from 16:23-02:53 UT, Preliminary time/height measurements could not be performed at this time. Preliminary UCMEO velocity and position measurements are delivered first.
