COMMENT: A frontside, full HALO event can be seen in LASCO C2/C3 in the Northwest direction starting @ 08:00 UT. According to NOAA, the CME is associated with a X4.0 eruptive solar flare in AR 14274 [N21,W58]. The solar flare can best be viewed in GOES-19 SUVI Composite 131 Angstroms and 94 Angstroms where EUV waves can also be seen near the Northwest limb. Preliminary UCMEO velocity and position measurements are delivered first.
