COMMENT: A partial, backside HALO can be seen in LASCO C2/C3 @ 04:24 UT along the Northeast quadrant. This partial HALO event is visible in COR2-A in the Northern hemisphere first appearing @ 04:53 UT. SolarSoft reports the origin of the CME deriving from a prominence eruption behind the Northeast limb N22E88 accompanied by shockwave propagation. The prominence eruption can be seen in GOES-19 SUVI Composite 195 Angstroms with opening lines commencing @ 04:28 UT. The opening lines associated with the prominence eruption begins @ 03:42 UT as shown in SDO AIA 193 near the Northeast limb. Preliminary UCMEO velocity and position measurements are delivered first.
