COMMENT: AIA 193A data show a flare from AR 14000 at location [N16, W30] 20:27-21:07 UT and noted as a M1.5 class X-ray. This event is part of the larger event to follow. AIA 193A shows an eruption from the West limb steming from South 13, beginning 21:50-23:32UT. This produces a large loop CME with cavity and core expanding to a full HALO CME over the West limb with a post loop arcade surfacing up over the limb to finish. The determnination is a CME from the previous AR13990. This eruption produces a SEP event. GOES reports 02/25 00:20 UT flux of > 10 MeV protons exceeded 10pfu. SOHO reports 02/25 03:50 UT flux of > 15.8 MeV proton exceedes 10/-1. LASCO C2/C3 shows an asymetric full HALO CME over the West. STEREO Beacon Data COR2 A, beacon data gap 02/24 20:23 - 03:23 UT NOAA/GOES reports a M1.5 class X-ray flare of AR14000 20:51/21:01/21:09 UT NOAA/GOES reports a M3.9 class X-ray flare of AR13990 21:50/23:02/00:19 UT Preliminary UCMEO velocity and position measurements are delivered first.
