Symmetric HALO CME
pa1:  000      pa2:  360      Total Width:  360 degrees

Velocity Measurements:

C2 5 points 903.4 km/s @ PA 304.64
C3 12 points 1029.1 km/sec @ PA 304.55 Acceleration: -21.18 m/sec^2.
Average through both fields:  1042.8 km/sec @ PA 304.58 Acceleration: -12.85 m/sec^2.

COMMENT: LASCO C2/C3 shows a full halo CME with a bright leading edge originating in the NW direction.

NOAA/GOES reports a M4.2 flare from AR 3296 18:20/18:58/19:24 UT.

STEREO Beacon Data
COR2 A, shows a bright loop CME over the West 19:23 - 21:23 UT.
Preliminary time/height measure gives 1475.8 km/sec @ 312 degrees.
      
Preliminary UCMEO velocity and position measurements will be delivered first.
