PLAIN

SOHO/LASCO observed an asymmetric HALO CME on July 22, 2013.  Event is
first seen in C2 beginning 06:24 UT with a bright loop over the Northwest.
The event expands with extensions to a full HALO with cavity and core by
07:12 UT.  The event continues into the C3 field beginning 06:24-12:54 UT
leaving the C3 field at 30Rsun in the Northwest.

Time/height measurements were marked at 5 points in C2 with speeds of
972.3 Km/sec at pa 306 degrees. The event is marked to 8 points in C3. 
Speeds average through both fields to 1031.6 Km/sec at PA 306 degrees.
Acceleration 39.81 m/sec^2.

STEREO: BEACON data
COR2 A,  06:39-09:54 UT data gap.  At 06:39 first frame shows an
asymmetric halo over the Northwest.
EUVI A 195, 05:35-07:05 UT flare of an active region near central meridian
in the NW quadrant at location [N14, W172].
The event produces a dimming and wave followed by a bright post arcade.
COR2 B, 06:24-08:39 UT, expanding asymmetric HALO over the East.
Preliminary time/height measure gives 1123.6 km/sec velocity at LE.
EUVI B 195, 05:25-06:55 UT flare of an AR on disk in the NE which
produces a dimming and post loop arcade.

The observation of this event is considered 'GOOD'. This CME is determined BACKSIDED.
