SOHO/LASCO observed a HALO CME (B) on May 13, 2013.  Event is first seen in
C2 at 16:07 UT as a bright loop on the East limb. The front expands with
extensions to a full HALO CME by 17:24 UT. The event continues into the C3
field beginning 16:12 to 19:06 UT leaving the C3 field of view at 30Rsun in
the East hemisphere.

Time/height measurements were marked to 2 points in C2 with speeds of 2509.0 Km/sec
at position angle 70 degrees. The event is marked to 8 points in C3.  Speeds average
through both fields to 2146.3 Km/sec at PA 70 degrees.  Acceleration -92.90 m/sec^2.

SDO/AIA 193A shows a flare on the East limb at N12 15:48-16:12 UT. A wave is
seen on the East hemisphere and along the limb to the North, a dimming is
evadent across the NE quadrant to the pole.

STEREO: BEACON Data
COR2 B, 16:24-17:39 UT, asymmetric HALO CME over the West.
Preliminary time/height measure gives 1685.5 km/sec velocity at LE.
EUVI B, 15:45-17:15 UT, a flare of AR 11748 on disk near the West limb at
location [N12, E95].  The flare produces a wave and dimming over the West.

COR2 A, 15:54-02:54 UT data gap. n/a
EUVI A, n/a

NOAA reports a X2.8 class X-ray flare from AR 11748 15:48/16:05/16:16 UT.
This flare appears to be associated with the flare seen on the limb in the East.

The observation of this event is considered 'FAIR'. This CME is determined a
FARSIDE LIMB event.
There is associated material seen in the East hemisphere.
