The purpose of this investigation is to model the corona
atmosphere in two temperature components based on SOHO/EIT
observations. Usually, only a single pair of images is
used, yielding a single temperature. This process doesn't
yield a model which fits all three EIT images in
bandpasses 171 (Fe IX/X), 195 (Fe XII) and 284 (FeXV).
The two-component modeling of the atmosphere is achieved
by combining EIT observations in these three bandpasses.
A general tool will be developed to interpret the EIT
observations. Both global and fine temperature structure
in two components will be investigated. This study will
be a part of the Ph.D. thesis of Jie Zhang.
